Sinopsis Film NMB48 Geinin! The Movie Owarai Seishun Girls!

High school student Sayaka Yamamoto enjoys gag comedy since she was a child. She decides to form a comedy duo with her friend Yui Yokoyama. They have been friends since middle school.
